Initial Report: Train Derailment near Oklaunion, TX Red River Valley Subdivision

On Saturday, January 8, 2021 at approximately 10 am we received a preliminary report of a train derailment in Oklaunion, TX which has affected both main tracks. Oklaunion, TX is approximately 42 miles west of Wichita Falls, TX. BNSF field personnel are responding to assess the derailment site. The time for opening the main tracks has not been determined at this time.
